THIS SUNDAY, March 21, the sermon will be "Who Gets to Be Best Friends Forever with Jesus?" based on Isaiah 43:16-21 and John 21:1-8.

SANDIA SUPPER BUNCH. The group will have a St. Paddy's Day potluck at Rob & Sabrina Green's house on Saturday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. To RSVP or with questions, please contact Rob Green at 897-1643.

LOVING RELATIONSHIPS. The four-week Loving Relationships marriage and relationship enrichment course is for long-term, newlywed, or about-to-be married couples. Topics include: 1) balancing your relationship with other life demands; 2) creating and maintaining intimacy; 3) loving unconditionally; and 4) restoring vitality to your relationship. Dr. Jim Logan teaches this course twice a year. The next course will be offered March 31-April 21, 6:30-8:00 p.m. Please click here to sign up (flier on main newsletter page).

REBUILDING TOGETHER WORKDAY. Saturday, April 24, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (or whatever you can manage). Repair homes of low-income seniors. All skill levels welcome. Please click here to sign up, or sign up in Fellowship Hall or the FLC lobby. Please indicate if you have special construction skills, as this will affect our project assignment.

HOLY WEEK WORSHIP SCHEDULE:

  • Palm Sunday, March 28 – Children sing and process with palms at 9:30 & 10:45 services.
  • Maundy Thursday, April 1 – 7:00 p.m. Faure’s Requiem, communion. Childcare for babies through age 5.
  • Good Friday, April 2 - 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Sanctuary open for prayer.
  • Easter Sunday, April 4 –
         6:30 a.m. - Sunrise Service (in outdoor amphitheater)
         8:30 and 10:45 a.m. - Worship with Choir, Bells, Brass
         9:30 a.m. - Contemporary Worship (in FLC)
         No classes for any age.

ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING. We will collect this worldwide offering on Easter Sunday. (Children bring their boxes on Palm Sunday.) Proceeds support 10 projects for displaced/distressed people around the world. Details in bulletin inserts over the next few weeks.

20/20 CLUB DRIVERS NEEDED to drive low-vision people to monthly meetings. Membership is growing, and callers have been turned away. Meetings are usually at SPC at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday, Sept.-June. If you can help, call Larry Thompson at 294-1850 or Virginia Campbell at 281-9399.
